Neighborly MD is proud to offer a variety of appointment types to best serve your family! We offer same-day sick visits, routine well checks, newborn visits and vaccine appointments during weekdays.
We are excited to offer Saturday morning and extended weekday & weekend care when you need it most! Through Convenient Care, we are here for your family outside of regular business hours for illnesses such as fever, RSV, Flu & COVID-19 symptoms, minor injuries, vomiting & diarrhea, rashes and more.

What to Bring
All patients should bring the following to their appointments:
- Insurance card
- Transfer of
Medical Records Form - List of any and all medications being taken
- Recent immunization record (new patients only)
Please be on the lookout from an email or text from Phreesia so you are able to fill out the patient registration, it is much easier to do at home and/or on your phone. The pre-registration should be done PRIOR to your appointment.
When you need a provider after 5 pm during the weekdays we now have more options to accommodate your needs with Convenient Care and On-Call Triage. Call our office at (512) 808-0190 at any time including evenings and weekends.
Tips before calling:
- Please take your child’s temperature before calling. If your child is under 3 months of age, please take the temperature rectally.
- Try not to leave your phone after placing the call, and deactivate anonymous call blocking.
- Have a pharmacy phone number ready should we need to call in a medication. Be sure the pharmacy is open at the hour that you are calling.
